How to book
Booking information
If you wish to book Villa Suk, we would advise you to confirm availability with us via email in the first instance. Please make sure to include your email address, phone number, arrival/departure dates and the number of adults & children in your party.
Securing your booking
When you receive confirmation of availability, please complete the booking form and return it via email. Upon receipt of the form, we will send you the payment details according to your selected method of payment (bank transfer or credit card via PayPal). To secure your booking, we require a deposit of 25% of the total rental cost. On receipt of your deposit payment, we will send you an invoice confirming the booking and the payment taken so far.
Security deposit & payment
The full balance is due no less than four weeks before arrival date, at which time you will also be asked to pay a € 300 (EUR) security deposit which is refundable within fourteen days of your departure date assuming there has been no damage to the villa. When you have paid your full balance plus security deposit, we will send you an invoice, travel directions and any other relevant information.
Booking notes
Check-in time from 4.00 pm. Check-out time by 10.00 am.
Sorry, no smoking, no pets.
Due to the presence of stairs within the house and the complex, Villa Suk may not be suitable to people with restricted mobility.
